This workout is a GREAT mix of everything you love, CARDIO, WEIGHTS and CORE all in one. Just when you think you can’t do anymore we switch it up to keep your muscles guessing. Follow along to great music, and you won’t even notice the time. This workout is geared to ALL LEVELS Beginners all the way to ADVANCED.

Bootcamp

Geared towards anyone and EVERYONE! Whether this is your first class or you are already active and looking for a challenge THIS IS FOR YOU. Bootcamp leads participants through a circuit of functional movements, plyometric cardio, and weight strengthening exercises. This class is perfect for those looking to challenge themselves or those just getting started-either way this class is for you.

Cardio Bootcamp

All you need is YOURSELF (and maybe a towel) for this jam packed workout. GREAT FOR ALL LEVELS this workout will push you to your limits, while increasing your cardio. You will be amazed the workout you can accomplish just by using your body weight. Let us show you just what your body is capable of.

Cardio Knockout

Cardio meets kickboxing in this fun filled hour, Punch, Kick and Skip your sweaty self through this workout. Not only will this help strengthen your heart, it could help after a stressful work week. From beginners to Advanced this workout is sure to challenge all levels of fitness, topped with HIGH ENERGY music you WILL NOT want to miss this! 

Cardio Sculpt

The PERFECT blend in order to get a FULL BODY WORKOUT. This class will get your heart rate up, and get you sweating before you even know what time it is. A balanced mixture of upper body, lower body and cardio followed by an attack on your CORE will be just what you need to take your fitness to the next level.

Kettlebell Crunch

Challenge those muscles with one of everyone’s FAVOURITE piece of equipment…. THE KETTLEBELL. This full body workout will leave you sweating, and working those muscles like never before. By the end of this class you will know just how HARD you worked. Geared to all fitness levels you will love how great you feel after this Kettlebell inspired workout! 

Slam

Strengthen & Sculpt those core muscles while SLAMMING out to your favourite rock music! Each drumstick beat ACTIVATES a series of STABILIZER muscles, distracting you from a HIGH INTENSITY workout. Instead of counting reps, we slam out way into a drum solo that will having you sweating out your inner rock star! A GREAT FULL BODY WORKOUT FOR ALL LEVELS.

Stretch and Bands

This is a MUST have for ANY fitness level. A class designed to help add flexibility and mobility to your training while relieving those sore muscles. Easing low back pain, joint and muscles tightness is just the beginning, bands provide a muscle release that will help prepare you for your next workout.

TRX Blend

A combination class of TRX training straps, resistance bands, CARDIO, and CORE strengthening movements. This 1 hour 1 circuit is going to make you sweat and burn! Get ready for all those muscles to be challenged; you will certainly feel this one tomorrow ;) GREAT for ALL Fitness levels. 

Yoga

The foundation of classes are gentle Hatha Yoga exploring Yin Yoga postures while incorporating lyengar’s alignment and anatomy principals. Breath work with emphasis on coming home to body as a major theme is presented through guided meditation and asana practice. Take this time to refocus and regroup while paying EXTRA attention to your-self! ‘Namaste’

Battleground

This invigorating workout prepares you in a martial arts style for battle. Unleashed and empowered you'll tackle training in Karate, Boxing, and Muay Thai in a boot-camp style setting. Whether you are familiar with the martial arts disciplines or are brand new to the battleground world you will LOVE the intensity of this class. Suitable for all levels of fitness.  

Power Yoga

Fitness-based often vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction and body control.Take your yoga experience to the next level and challenge yourself. Beginners are ALWAYS welcomed as all movements can be modified as needed.

Step and Sculpt

This workout is a GREAT mix of everything you love. STEP, WEIGHTS, and CORE all in one. Just when you think you can't do anymore we switch it up to keep your muscles guessing. Follow along to great music, and you won't even notice the time. This workout is geared to ALL LEVELS. Beginners all the way to ADVANCED.

Strength

Need to get those weights in? Worry not! This is a full body weighted workout that includes a step and a variety of weights, including kettlebells, weight plated and dumbbells. This full body circuit routine will engage those muscles like never before. You need to get this workout into your weekly routine! Great for all levels.

Dance Fit

Latin inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. Classes contain everything from Jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop. This great class offers the ability to burn calories, workout the entire body, boost the metabolism, increase endurance, boost mood, aid coordination, and improve confidence! Great for all levels of fitness.
