Meet Crystal, Owner and Certified Personal Trainer /Fitness Instructor/Body Image and Fitness Coach, & Certified Life Coach.

With over 18 years in fitness industry under her belt, her passion and knowledge is carried into every class she teaches and person she trains. Every class you attend takes you through generations of classic tunes so you become distracted with good ole memories and don’t realize how hard you are working. Don't worry though, your body WILL remember for the next few days just how hard you worked.

Come join her and her sidekick at the gym and he will even clean your mat for you at the end of your workout

A Certified Group Fitness Instructor focusing on the importance of body positivity and self love. Making Fitness fun is always her goal and being a resident of Mount Brydges for over 30 years she was very excited when the opportunity came for her to stay local and join the Recharge Health and Fitness Team.

Fitness has improved her Physical and Mental health over the years and she has made it her mission to share all the benefits of group Fitness with others.

Shannon

I grew up in Glencoe and currently reside in Komoka. My husband and I have a small business in London which keeps us on out toes, along with our management staff (our 2 fu babies that come with us) who hardly let us break for lunch.

 Playing group sports most of my life, like curling and baseball was my typical go to for exercise and the social part after the game was always my thing.

 In 2017 something sparked inside of me, perhaps a mid life awakening, it was the BEST change that came regardless. I tried an overhead resistance band class and was hooked. Well since then I have been non-stop fitness, getting in shape, losing some weight, maintaining it and pushing myself daily.

Gym memberships in the past, dropping in when I felt compelled hadn’t worked. Committed accountable and addicted to this new routine was my way of life.

 Winning a few competitions, attending multiple class types at that studio gave me the opportunity to meet lots of new amazing women. In April 2020 the way of the ‘workout world’ changed slightly and so we needed to pivot. A group of 8 of us took to online classes daily (Monday to Friday) from that facility and have never looked back. I lead the various sequences keeping it interesting, forever changing and challenging but remain a ‘core’ group which is key.

I came to Recharge fall of 2020 and the “CHARGE” I found here has upped my game. Life for me now is all about gym, mindset, daily challenges, online workouts and keeping my body happy. Even sometimes when my glutes fell like someone is stabbing me…it’s a good hurt)

I hope to see you at class real soon whether it be at 6am during the week or the weekend. Crystal and Recharge should be your go to. You will ALWAYS be welcome here.

Allison

Allison found her love for yoga about 17 years ago. She was initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, but soon discovered how her consistent practice was changing her entire life. She was happier, calmer and felt more in touch with herself, who she wanted to be, and where she wanted to take her life.

In 2015 Allison took her first yoga teacher training in Nicaragua, through Moksha Yoga; graduating in 2016. Taking this training was the first step in her transition from having a very busy full-time career in Human Resources, to creating more balance in her life by incorporating her passion for holistic health as a part of her career and lifestyle.

Allison graduated as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) in Toronto, in 2017. She then went on to expand in career in yoga, by completing her training in Yin yoga in 2016, through Yoga Therapy Toronto. In 2017 Allison’s love and passion for yoga continued by going back to Yoga Therapy Toronto and becoming a Yoga Therapist. Allison graduated from Yoga Therapy Toronto in 2019 as a Certified Yoga Therapist. She is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and the alumni association with CSNN.

Allison fully believes that whole food nutrition; movement, and a consistent stillness practice are essential in not only establishing a healthy mind body connection, but are the keys to living a calmer, happier and more balanced life.

HEY! I’m Jess 🥰 I am a faith based trainer and group fitness instructor. I have been doing group fitness classes since 2017 and I absolutely love the format. There is something about being in a group atmosphere that just pushes you to do your best! 

I am a former varsity hockey player and have always been active in my life. But I found a love for working out after I had my son in 2016 and struggled to feel comfortable in my body. My goal is to help empower and train women to live their best life spiritually, physically & emotionally.

Michelle AKA Ship

Welcome to an interdisciplinary yoga practice! In 2003 she tried a yoga and was hooked,she began to sleep better and live with compassion. A seasoned instructor with over 2500 hours instructing groups, she also trains yogis at the 200 and 500 hour Yoga Alliance certification levels and offer Yoga Alliance Continuing education trainings.

The foundation of her classes are gentle Hatha Yoga exploring Yin Yoga postures while incorporating Iyengar’s alignment and anatomy principals. Breath work with emphasis on coming home to the body as a major theme is presented through guided meditation and asana practice.

ALL of her classes are suitable for the beginner right up to the seasoned practitioner. Join Michelle on the mat and discover a more balanced world.

Kandie Rae

Graduate of Mothership Yoga 200 hour Hatha Course, Fitness and Recreation Manager at Chelsey Park Retirement Community, YMCA Group Fitness Trainer and Aquafit Instructor, CPTN Personal Trainer, Avid Cyclists , and Mother of 3.

Kandie-Rae has been in the fitness industry since she was 16…… (recently turned 50. ) Nothing gives her more satisfaction than exercise and helping people reach their fitness goals. She is passionate about every aspect of Wellness. Her purpose for the remainder of her existence is to empower others to discover there inner strength and support them on there journey to health in body, mind and spirit. There is no finish line but if you show up every day the road gets flatter, less hilly with beautiful scenery you just dont want to miss.
